Health history, symptoms, goals, and lifestyle information you voluntarily provide
Check-ins, photos, and messages submitted through the Trainerize app
Functional lab reports (GI-MAP, hormone panels, or other tests) only if you choose to send them
Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full card details)

How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used solely for:

Personalizing coaching, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle recommendations
Reviewing functional labs for educational and coaching-related insight
Tracking progress inside the That Lifestyle Nurse coaching app
Administrative purposes, including billing, scheduling, and support
We do not sell your information.
We only share information with third-party services required to deliver coaching (Trainerize, Stripe, Google Workspace, Loom, or other communication/storage tools).

Lab Report Handling
That Lifestyle Nurse LLC does not store or archive lab reports long-term.
Lab reports are reviewed strictly for coaching purposes. Once they are discussed and addressed, they are securely deleted from our system.

If you want your lab reports saved for your personal records, you must upload them into the Trainerize app or store them independently.

Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. However, That Lifestyle Nurse LLC is not a HIPAA-regulated entity.
Communication through Trainerize, email, Google services, or Loom may not meet HIPAA standards.

By engaging in coaching, you acknowledge these limitations and voluntarily choose to share information through these platforms.

Your Rights
All coaching-related information (messages, photos, check-ins, and files) is stored directly inside the Trainerize app, giving you continuous access to everything you provide.

For lab reports shared by email:

We do not retain them after review
You are responsible for saving or storing them for your own records
You may request deletion of your information from our systems at any time (excluding payment or business records required by law).

Minors
Our coaching services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
